Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We may offer free shipping promotions throughout the year. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

After your order has been processed, most orders arrive within:

- International: Delivery times vary by destination

Tracking Your Order

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Home Hockey Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist whenever possible.
